In today's image, we see the spiral galaxy known as NGC 7331 in this image from Hubble Space Telescope. This may be a similar galaxy to our own Milky Way. It shows the distinct blue star clusters and pink emission of hydrogen gas dominating the spiral arms showing evidence of star formation.
